Pali is a megacity in the Indian state of Maharashtra, located in the Kokan region. It’s known for its religious significance, as it’s the motherland of Jainism, and also for its tabernacles, grottoes, and falls. The megacity of Pali is positioned on the banks of the Varna River and is girdled by the Sahyadri mountain range.

It’s located at an elevation of 771 measures above ocean position, and has a tropical climate, with hot and sticky summers and mild layoffs. The average periodic temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius. 

 

 The Kokan region is home to a variety of foliage and fauna. The timbers are thick and are home to barracuda , leopards, deer, and wild boars, as well as a variety of raspberry species. The region is also known for its religious spots.

The most notorious tabernacle is the Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga Temple, devoted to Lord Shiva and one of the twelve Jyotirlinga tabernacles in India. It’s believed to have been constructed in the 8th century and is a popular passage point among Hindus. The Kokan region is also home to a number of grottoes , the most notorious of which is the Bhimashankar grottoes near Pune. The region is also home to a number of falls, the most notorious of which is the Dudhsagar Falls near Goa. The cascade are known for their beauty and are a popular sightseer spot. The Kokan region is also known for its cookery, which is substantially submissive and uses spices, coconut, and tamarind.
