The Estate:
The property itself is a 6 acres natural plot, surrounded by Coconut, palm & Chikoo trees. Basically, it is a farmhouse with AC rooms located at Nagaon Beach in a secluded area.

The main Nagaon semi-private beach is 5 mins by car & 15 mins walking from our Estates so you can walk to the beach or hike through the forest to a private beach which the caretaker will show to you. Nagaon Beach also has all water sports which are available in Goa (weather permitting). Such as water paragliding n banana boat rides, water skiing, etc.
